If you think, someone is playing weak (overfolding), then you attack them more. If you think, someone is limp-shoving to much, then you dont raise their limps, unless you have a hand, that you are willing to get it in with. If its SB, you take a free flop, and if its someone else, you either fold or limp behind with the bottom of your range.
