From the UTG position he did 3X knowing he has a good hand but you have one of the monster hands so you have to call to see the flop and from here on it is all or nothing considering the remaining chips, in any case I would not fold the QQ preflop unless he asked me all-in in a strong tournament and being on the bubble

I will be flat calling. If tgere is an ace or king i will simply call there cbet. Then fold if the villain shows more power.
