Sometimes I drag out the time to get into the prize zone, but if I see that I don't get into the prizes in this way, I fold my cards very quickly in order to play as many hands as possible. In other cases, I spend about 5 seconds per move, if I don't need to calculate anything special.

I'm fast, if I have a game, I will, if I don't run. But also when I'm at the end I take longer to analyze the game.

I try to use given time in the best way. For me it's like a part of on-line strategy.
Some points:
- give to opponents wrong tells about my hand
- faster if I'm a short stack
- slow if there are many dead stacks
- etc.

Good luck, Andy.

For me, it's very quickly unless I'm near the bubble and I have a very low stack. Cashing at every cost.

I make quick decisions online most times. It is easy to make quick decisions when you are the dealer or near the right of the dealer because you automatically all the other players time.

It normally takes me about 2 seconds for a decision, then about 3-5 more seconds to be sure.
Sometimes I use up a lot of time bank on fairly easy decisions if the situation is very strange.
And obviously important decisions take a fairly long time, 20secs+

Basically about 1/10th of the time it takes any live player to make a decision :ppp

I vary the time randomly. Taking too long to think about tough situations all the time gives opponents a read on you. As others have said, I don't like to waste time, so I generally play quickly.

Online my decision making is mostly quick. When playing online I'm already looking at the table and players decision so it's quicker t make my decision.

I almost always make my decisions very quickly, although sometimes when they increase the bet and I like the cards I have in hand I have to think about it a little more, but usually I do not take long to make a decision, another way in which it can take a little while more is when I am close to the bubble, it is a very dangerous part of the tournaments, it also depends on how serious the tournament is for me, if I consider that I should play it very very seriously I think very well the plays and I take a little more time , but still I don't use the whole clock

For me it depends on which poker phase I am.
In the beginning and in the middle I leave myself only a few seconds, especially when I tend to fold.
At the end of an MTT at Finaltisch I try to give me ca. 20 seconds.

It always depends on given situation, if I have the nuts just playing around with the 'thinkin' feeding.

most of the time, it takes more, when I had to decide in key situations do i call an allin or not with 2nd, 3rd nuts....

anyway, playing 4-6 tables, 40%+ turbos, so doesnt have much time for decision making, mostly goes automatically, based on my own rules.

In my case, it depends on the complexity of the move.

Good question

I'm pretty much a fast player. Most of the time I have made up my mind what my move will be before it gets to my turn. But more power to those players who run down the clock every hand. It's each player's right to think before making their move. But now that I think about it, I do run the clock down a few seconds when I'm hoping it will make other players think I'm slow playing a good hand. It works sometimes and I might get a free card.

it depends from a situation. If I am a familiar with a spot then it's pretty fast. But I still remember about timing tells so even If I know what to do and what is my gameplan there I still don't make snap calls or bets.
But I still make fast checks on BB oop when I call preflop in srp, because in 99% of situations I don't have a donking range there.

Decision time

Normally i make my decision right away. Sometimes i may take longer if I'm a card away from a flush and someone else at the table bet big. I also may protest the big bet by taking a while to respond.

To make a decision, 5 seconds is enough for me, everything is clear and intuition tells me what to do, think for a long time to my detriment.

I am fast on my decision making because the more hands the better when blinds get crazy if I'm playing normal. If I'm low stacking close to the bubble I might burn up sum time but I don't like to do that. Good luck.
