Something I’ve been paying more attention to in tournaments is table position and how much it affects decision making. Being on the button or in late position often feels like a big advantage, especially when trying to steal blinds or control the pot.
On the other hand, playing from early position can feel much more restrictive since you have to act first and worry about players behind you. In tournaments where the blinds keep increasing, these small advantages can add up.
How much do you factor position into your tournament strategy, especially during the middle stages of an event?
