When I go to play the tournament of my dreams, I come to relax the day before so I can go all in for the tournament. What do you guys do?

For any tournament, I think it’s important to be well rested and to follow good routines, like getting enough sleep, exercising, and eating properly, along with studying the game. All of that adds up over time.

That said, when there are many tournaments running, it’s not always easy to prepare perfectly. Personally, I play my best when I disconnect from technology for a while before the session. It helps me clear my mind and start the tournament more focused, instead of being mentally overloaded before it even begins. That’s what works best for me. Good luck to everyone in their tournaments.

I don't have a major ritual, I just make sure the environment will be suitable for the duration of the tournament, with practical food, water/coffee, and having had a good night's sleep the day before.

Resting before a game is a mandatory procedure for me. I may take a nap for an hour before the tournament starts, or simply go for a walk in the fresh air. I have noticed that such preliminary preparation has a positive effect on my patience and endurance.

I relax my body and mind by training strength at least 5 times a week

It's hard to find the best way to tune in, but the main thing is that you don't want to sleep, as for me
