What metric do you think it the most important in MTTs RE profitability

1) Up or down $ amount (could add time period)
2) $ p/hr - sucks the fun out of it but easily equates to a "proper job"
3) ROI - has it's uses, but without a time limit, not that useful - are we just pretending poker is an investment? what about time is money?
4) Forget the money and concentrate on ITM% and FT% - the money will come. Has merit

For full time professional players $ / hour is the most relevant number. For everyone else its ROI. Or if you mostly play for fun, then none of them.
