I like the normal game mode better. But if there are a lot of players and not enough prize money, then I prefer the hyper turbo mode.

I prefer hyper games when I want to play but I don't have much time. These are usually single table tournaments. But if I'm not in a hurry, then I don't prefer hyper speed, I'd better choose a turbo speed.

I like normal tournaments. You have more time to play properly and everything is a bit more relaxed. Turbo and Hyper tournaments are way too hectic for me but I play them from time to time.

In terms of speed, poker tournaments are similar to a game of chess. Especially when poker tournaments are played in turbo or hyper mode. You need to be a very skilled player to play and win at hyper speed. But many amateurs play at any speed mode, as they play on intuition.

Its really depend of the room IMO
For SNG I prefer turbo
For MTT I prefer regular and deepstack.
If hyper is a tournement with like 10-15BB I just avoid them unless the rake is inexistant

10 minute levels are the shortest I still feel comfortable in.

As someone already said, hypers are meaningful in micro buy ins as nobody really enjoys grinding 6 hours for like couple of dollars. So they have their place, but they are too quick for my taste. Just all in fold gameplay.

I like them all but turbo is good enough for me, if i want a quick game i play hyper ofcourse but the normal one with 10min blinds is a little to slow for me it's also really hard to build a good stack since when you get AA kk and do a raise everyone folds since the blinds are low anyways
