In the small blind it depends on the action in front of me. If I am getting better than 7 to 1 on my money and I've got at least 22bb behind I'll call with a really wide range 22+, 54+, 75s+, AJ+, Axs, Kxs hoping to hit the flop hard but obviously these conditions are rare and only really occur in the early stages. Later, if it's folded to me I may try to steal depending on whose in the BB and stack sizes.

UTG I'm raising with TT+, AQ+. That's it.

Best Way to Play OUT OF POSITION

IMO the best way to play out of position is NOT TO PLAY OUT OF POSITION without a monster. I mean 99 or better and if you have to play non pairs then ONLY AKs AQs and AKo stay away from trap hands like KQ KJ AT AJ and NEVER play Arag out of pos not even once

Playing out of position in start of tournament I'll play top 20 starting hand and power raise on limping players. I like to see a lot of flops and if limped to me a good 5 blinds to start to see your callers if you know the players. If strong pre flop your callers after flop will fold to a pot bet if they are weak handed. Watch for chasers to flush or straight flop. good luck good cards to you.

I avoid playing more in under the gun than in bb. This is because under the gun game just the "A game". So I play in the aggressive mode, make a trap or slow play in the game to see how will the board.

You BB passive mode game with more variables cards (connector sweeted, couple, or with weaker hands depending on the villain bet)

I prefer to keep the pot down and see how the opponent bet and if my cards appear. So I leave a suspicion of air in opponent and feel if there is any weakness or possible theft.
