Can you win a tournament without bluffing

No. Sometimes you have to bluff to confuse your opponents.

You can't. In this case I would consider bluffing a weaker hand, where you already know you are gonna chasing the combinations against your opponent.

I suppose you could but it would be nearly impossible, time and time again if I'm playing tight against a few agressive players I slowly blind down as the tournament is in later stages... I try find a few spots to bluff so I can pick up a bit and keep waiting.
