Preflop
I would also 100% 3-bet here against someone with those stats. Its only 22 hands, but this definitely seems to be someone, who is on the active side. And because of that I might actually size up a bit strictly for value. I think, this kind of player can make a ton of bad calls.

Flop
I would also bet here, but I might go a bit larger. If he has a hand like QJ, you are probably not getting action anyway, and I want to try to stack him, when he has a worse AX hand and cant fold it. As played I am calling here against a player with these stats in a 2NL game. He might have a 5, but he might also be overplaying a worse AX hand, and your small sizing might even have induced him to make a wild bluff.

Spoiler
So he flopped a boat and totally owned you. What you should do is to reload to the table max of $2 and never leave this table, as long as this guy is still on your right. Having a maniac on your right is the perfect situation, even though it did not work out this time. Him calling a 3-bet out of position with A5 offsuit also confirm, that you could have gone larger.

On these stakes I'd fold to the allin. The aren't any draws here that you can put them on. I disagree with fundiver that this likely to be a weaker Ace.

This kind of hoping your opponent doesn't have it never works on paired boards.

I think this is an easy fold. A bluff catcher in an underbluffed line. You have AK, AA and some 5x just call with those hands.
