Hero UTG with QQ raises to $10, 2 callers and it gets to the button who squeezes to $50, hero 4bets to $150, button jams for around $800 effective.

Is this a snap fold?

Yes, I will snap fold if I was you. And I think you do not need to 4bet w/ QQ except in case Vil has short-stack then you just Min-4bet and let them All-in.

I like the 4-bet, because you want to get rid of the two guys in between. Facing the 5-bet jam I think, QQ is a fold. You are opening from UTG, where you have tightest range, and even adjusting for larger open sizing in live poker, you are around 200BB deep. Maybe he can occationally have AK, but other than that you are probably pretty much always against AA or KK.

If no reads on your villain, this is a fold. Unless you are a very wealthy whale.

In standard cash games there is little 4 betting so Villains often play very straight forward poker 5 bet shoving a very narrow range. The question is what skill level the Villain is? Are they capable of thinking we will fold everything QQ and below? therefore will jam more than top of range. Would they ever 5 bet non-all-in with AA KK or flat AA with a 2.6 SPR?

those data points in combination would then suggest we could call.

Otherwise raise 2.5x instead of 3x and fold all day.

The V range looks super strong. I'm folding after his 5-bet, though the 4-bet is debatable.
