No, you never fold. Everyone barrels a Q there, and there are way more Qx where x is not a K than there are KQ.

You played all streets well imo.

Preflop
Standard 3-bet could perhaps have been a bit larger. It sucks to get 4-bet, but you are supposed to defend with AQs in position.

Flop
Standard call with an OESD. You could also jam and try to get him to fold specifically AK.

Turn
Again you can call or jam this time for value.

River
No we never fold. Its very unusual to 4-bet KQ, and if he does it, its probably only KQs, which is only 3-combos. You are chopping a lot here, and he could still be bluffing or overplaying something.

To study this hand, we do a range break down.
Preflop Build a 4-bet range for the V.
We may not have a direct read on this V however we should have a good feel for 4 bet frequency for standard players in our player pool. Use that to build a range.
Build a range for a standard V to flat a 4-bet. Why? No reads mean our V will be using a standard range for you as well. Do not use your range for this study. Why? What the V may think about a standard V's actions will determine their actions thus defining the range on flop and turn as standard could widen their value shove range or bluffs or narrow both value and bluffs on river.

Example if V thinks standard V are never flatting straights on turn, they may take straights out of the range on river. If they think Qx straights just call turn then they could be max valuing KQ. However, as @fundiver said how often does the V have KQ here.

The V turn bet is a blocker bet. What range does that?

keep building ranges on each street for the action the V takes for them and for a standard V

If we take the time to build ranges and think about the drivers behind V actions, our decisions become clearer. We no longer give them too wide random ranges on rivers. They could have ........ so we call, is not the top of a poker skill set.

You only fold if you hate money... otherwise, call.

How can you even consider folding here!! There are max 3 combos you lose to (assuming preflop is played reasonably) and loads you chop with or beat
