I was shocked to see that I only had 32% chance to win on flop all-in. PLO5 is crazy.

As you know: the more cards you have in Omaha the less the current nuts are worth.

You often want the nuts with a draw to even better nuts or a combo draw to higher than the current nuts.

Since the equities run so close I think it is a rake trap to play almost all forms of PLO at lower stakes.

Unless you play against REALLY bad players.

Crazy! And as said already it makes the game a bit of a rake trap.

Even worse 888 offer next to no rakeback , though they may give you.some 'bonus money'

I'm not sure why you're so shocked.. you hit a miracle flop for that hand,

but even if you flop the current nuts as you did here you have no redraw,

you've gotta dodge a lot with a crap lo and a crap hi, ... but nice flop and nice river 😎👍

As others have said the number of possible hand combos multiway in PLO5 always reduces our equity---in fact on this board we normally would not want to bet on the flop with the hand we hold- we would much rather save the action for the turn when a clean card hits---in this spot of course your V are going to play for pot with the hands they hold on flop. We could be in an even worse spot by splitting the straight with one of them who is also free rolling us with flush cards while the other draws to boats---so 32% is good 3 way all-in in this spot

Omaha is crazy. You can flop the nuts and be in last place two streets later. The second that you no longer have the nuts you fold. Your straights can be flushed out or people are drawing to bigger straights. And when the board pairs someone has a full house. It’s not good to call any pot sized bets with 2 pairs, baby straights baby flushes and baby full house s.

This is a super standard matchup you see all the time at PLO4. Set vs straight vs flush draw, all with roughly the same equity share. This is pretty much a best case scenario when stacking off three way with the dry nuts. Normally you'll be freerolled and chopping if you win vs a set.
