Preflop
Not all the action is shown, but given the stack size on the flop you presumably 3-bet AKs and got called, which is of course very standard.

Flop
He is jamming $8.78 into a pot of just $2.25, and considering the rake you probably need around 45% equity to break even. While you do have that against a hand like 99, you dont have it, if he flopped two pair or better. So while its not a significant mistake to call, given that you always have significant equity from your flushdraw, it might be a slightly losing call in the long run.

It does depend on his range though, and if there is any chance, he is ever doing this with a worse hand than AK, then you have to call. Like maybe he could have a worse draw and play it like this. Overall its a close to neutral EV high variance spot though, and it wont make a big difference in the long run, if you call or fold. Its also a spot, that wont come up very often, so its better to focus your energy on analysing other more common situations, where more significant value is won or lost.

This is another one of those spots that is not quite a cooler but more of a coin flip that makes poker what it is.

Looking at the hand history again (which is not in english), it seems like, Hero originally limped and then limp reraised? In that case dont do that. Just make a normal raise instead. It also seems like, it was Hero, who jammed the flop and got called, and in that case also dont do that. Just make a normal C-bet instead and then go from there. Or if you want to do something slightly different, then check with intention to check-raise and get it in against a 3-bet on the flop.

Please use the cards chat hand summaries as much easier to see whats going on.

Pre
Just raise the hand pre and then 4bet.

Flop
Shoving flop is just bad as it makes no sense to play value hands that way. Bet small or check (and then raise versus a bet)
