You cant fold a hand this strong on the flop, even v all in as you will have around 50% equity against most hands. Also makes more sense to cbet yourself

What Station_Master said. Just want to add, that you are not even that deep in this hand with the straddle and the big ante and the resulting big open sizing preflop. Essentially this is like a 40BB or so tournament hand, and with that stack size a big combodraw is an easy get it in on the flop situation. So make a C-bet and get it in against a raise.

Even with the dominating flushdraw, which is kind of a worst case situation, you still had a bunch of outs, since both your overcards were live, and you had the straightdraw. So this is not a tough spot at all, its just high variance. But maybe the real issue is bankroll / playing with scared money? With the 10c straddle and the big ante a reasonable bankroll for this game is around $500.

You want to build a strong strategy foundation so that you can apply it to multiple spots.
In this spot preflop we call with KQS why?
1 do we think it is the best hand now? If no
2 We need to improve our hand how does this hand improve? It makes pairs what else? It flops great draws!
3 How strong is a combo draw on average? Combo draws are the strongest possible draws because they have the most outs.
4 Either we flop the best hand or a strong draw either way we want to continue in spots like that.

That is our strategy foundation for calling preflop
