Button and cut off stealing...

I was just wondering guys, what is your range when it comes to stealing from the button and cut-off against TAG/LAG and TP or LP players in micro cash games.... Some people just do it with any face cards, Axs, Kxs and suited connectors down to 87... wanted hear from you what do you do...

It has to be any hand that I wouldn't be too bad off playing in position. It also depends whose in the blinds. Against a loose player, steal less. Against a tight player, steal often. Keep in mind though, just because you see an ace doesn't mean that that is within your range to steal. Stealing is better when you're relatively certain you won't be dominated. For example, I'd much rather steal with 78 suited or T8 suited than A3 off or K5 off.

Depends on who's in the blinds. Button basically ATC, CO I ease off a bit and do like ~30-35% which is basically most aces, kings, and pretty SC hands .

I can't stand it when I'm in the blinds. I feel like I'm being looked at like a piece of beef or something. Or like a sitting duck.

On the other hand, if I'm stealing (which I have improved as of late) I need to be first to the pot. If I'm on the button and everyone folds to me. A-anything, K-anything, any pairs....basically any Sklansky hands I'm gonna push.

Now if the blinds are super high, or i know the players in the blinds are really weak, ATC will do.

Now if there are one or two limpers, use extreme caution especially at the micro-levels. People can limp with anything including A-A, K-K, Q-Q. You have to know a little something about your limpers before you make a move.
