poker tracker settings

hi!
i downloaded a free trial poker tracker but its hard for me to use it because there are too many settings i dont understand
can anyone tell me how to use a poker tracker properly?
i want to use it in heads up sit n go's

which tracker trial have you downloaded ?. there are some free preconfigured huds tailored towards HUSNGs that you can download. Coffee HUD lite is free and is for PT4 and found at https://www.pokertracker.com/custom/hud and if you're using HM2 there is this free hud http://www.husng.com/content/free-holdem-manager-2-hud designed for use in HUSNGs
