PF Aggression on the LB HUD is less than 31.8 or is there a better one or combination of stats to use.

AG% is the best to use imho. But if you watch the Leak Buster Hitman HUD video, I talk a lot about which stats to combine and use. Not sure if you've used this, but it's what I recommend and it comes at a good price... free: http://acepokersolutions.com/Free_Poker_HUDs.php
You only want to be checking at these kinds of stakes if your opponent has shown himself to be aggressive or bluff. Otherwise you should be value betting thin or bluffing yourself. As you move up stakes, you won't be able to value bet as thin, and so you need to take advantage of that now when you have passive players overall.

hehe... like you said, that's better than zero. I'm pushing myself to try and finish this up because I think there's a lot of good info in there. Honestly now though, I'm debating on charging a small amount to try and cover some of my time. It's pretty time consuming, and I think there's a lot of paid content out there that's not quite as good. At least from what I have read. It's my tendency to give everything away, but I do have kids also.
But I hear what you're saying about information overload. You don't want to over saturate yourself and constantly tweak your game. If you do try and stick with the info I put out for a while, and really digest it, it's going to get you winning at a high rate. Not just barely getting by, but it will get you winning on a consistent basis. In all seriousness, I get a lot of thank you e-mails from people on the free content and before and after screenshots. So I know people are understanding and applying it properly. That's always the trick when putting information out there. Explaining it well enough that people can understand the reasoning and deviate from it when necessary too. I'm trying to get better and better in that area.
And if you ever have any ideas, criticisms, or suggestions, please let them fly. Don't be shy.

Yeah, someone opening that much is going to call you with a ton of worse hands if you 3-bet. So you might as well start building the pot early. Also in spots like this, I don't mind betting small on the river to induce a play. But you have to be comfortable with your read.

Yeah, I think check/fold is appropriate there. Mostly because he's passive, and it doesn't make too much sense for him to bet the turn and river with anything but a flush draw. I mean, he might still bet a straight on the river, but doubtful that big once the flush comes in. AK and other hands like that don't make sense either because he's probably checking the turn some of the time, and also not really betting the river that large also. So he's pretty polarized to a flush or bluff at that point, and passive players don't 3 barrel often enough to warrant calling them down... that's why they are passive.

Oh man bad session, if you feel like it, post some of the hands, looks like a couple of suckouts on the EV line.
In the first graph your non showdown line is falling down after a good start. My experience is that this is just from cold calling too much especially from the blinds. iv'e tightened up here especially in the SB and my red line has improved massively.

To be honest I dont think i played that bad
Had a flip when I flopped top pair and flush draw, 3bet KJs on KAKT8 and they had KQ
just ran into a muppet(87/0/0.8) that just had big hands. Heres 3 and he had a habit of overshoving the river sometimes with mediocre hands

what I would point out is that this guy has a very low AF of 0.8 so when he does get aggressive and overshove we need to make sure we have something half decent to call, one pair hands probably aren't enough.

I don't think AT is ever good by the river. I might make a 2/3rds value bet to get called by 77-88 or a 6 but fold to the reraise. Or check call a similar sized bet if he doesn't check behind. QT and JT never stack off, and rarely do I see KT. I wouldn't put him on KK since he just called you preflop, but with a modest hand like TPTK where the top pair is 10, I'd aim to play a smaller pot.
The other hands I think were played well. The QQ vs JJ hand was the unluckiest one, just played itself, but I think you could have gotten away from the AA hand. It's nearly always a flopped flush.
When you raise that big preflop, and if they don't have a pocket pair, they're much likelier to call with a decent suited hand. I keep track of the hands where I have my aces and kings cracked, and they turn up with usually exactly the kind of hand villain did. JQs, KQs, K10s.
Sometimes the software just decides it's time to start flopping you dead when you have AA against 1 caller, just accept it and wait for a better spot.
These players don't value bet in a calculating way - they just shove and hope you have a good enough hand to call.
The other hands I think were played well. The QQ vs JJ hand was the unluckiest one, just played itself, but I think you could have gotten away from the AA hand. It's nearly always a flopped flush.
When you raise that big preflop, and if they don't have a pocket pair, they're much likelier to call with a decent suited hand. I keep track of the hands where I have my aces and kings cracked, and they turn up with usually exactly the kind of hand villain did. JQs, KQs, K10s.
Sometimes the software just decides it's time to start flopping you dead when you have AA against 1 caller, just accept it and wait for a better spot.
These players don't value bet in a calculating way - they just shove and hope you have a good enough hand to call.

it was more to do with the history of the player only had 62 hands on him and posted several hands on this thread when somebody talked about over shoving river. he was a maniac. another guy on table took $40 off him was just me that kept running into his big hands rest of time he had rubbish hands

The biggest mistake you made here was checking the river. And it's a pretty big mistake too because you're against an ultra passive fish. You need to bet and get value. It would be horrible if he checked behind Tx or 88, 6x etc... Not sure why you wouldn't just call on the river after someone that passive essentially pots it.
Hand 2 is fine... standard.

Hey guys! Suuuuuper late to the party... I finally managed to start a serious grind this month, with about $50 of my own and a $50 stake from a friend. I've been grinding primarily 5NL and $5 HUSNGs at ACR. I got about 15,000 hands done in October, of which 4,700 were at 5NL. I'm on a pretty serious heater atm, though offset by runbad at other stakes at HUSNGs.

A little too much on the laggy side, I'll concede, but I haven't been playing in full tables all that often -- as you can see I've only got 300 hands UTG.
So... what have I missed?
Also, I'm kind of, well... broke, and I can't afford to actually buy PT4 yet (trial period expires in 3 days), so, any suggestions as far as playing/getting reads without a HUD?
