In NL hero raises AQs 3bbs from btn. BB calls. Flop is QJ9. Hero bets 12 BBS. Turn pops an 8. V calls 12 BBS. River is a 10. Call all in here?

Villain has a lot of 10x to be calling such a big flop bet so I don't like the bet on the turn. It depends how much the all-in is for since you're at best chopping it.

An interesting hand. But you can not win it unless the villain drops it. In the best case, you both have the same combination, in the worst case - he has the King. I think that the further bet on your part does not make more sense. But it would be interesting to know the size of your stacks, if it's a tournament.
