People are quick yelling SCAM! in various casino games due to their inability of understanding odds and probability

Scams orchestrated by casinos itself are rare.
Theres simply no need for them to do so.
They earn plenty with their customers.

Mainly people try to cheat in casinos.
Here's a list of the most infamous scams

Don't they pump oxygen into the rooms? That is a scam because it is a natural mood lifter <3 So like, can the environment be a scam?

Honestly, I think casinos themselves are already a scam by design. The biggest trick is that they never formally disclose that the odds are always—without exception—in favor of the house. Every game is mathematically structured to ensure the casino profits in the long run, while players are lured in with flashy lights and the illusion of winning. That imbalance is rarely made transparent, and most people walk in without realizing they’re statistically guaranteed to lose over time. So even without shady dealers or rigged machines, the entire setup is fundamentally exploitative. A Scam!

I played on slots that were rigged in such a way that it was simply impossible to win. I realized this in time and stopped going to that establishment. The establishment was, let's say, semi-underground, and everyone who played there understood the risks. But in general, this can be considered fraud, despite the fact that no one was forced to play.

I thought they did, and for a long time. But they actually don't, it would be very dangerous. You can easily look it up.

Several times, I was not paid my winnings on several sites where I played. But I don't consider this to be fraud. The withdrawal conditions were such that it simply did not make sense to continue playing on these platforms. So I just forgot about the money.

Could you name some of these plattforms? What Casinos or pokersites did not pay you your winnings in the end? Thanks a lot for clarification.

If anybody ever asks you for money while you are in or near a casino - then it is probably a scam.

I hate when someone I don't know comes up to me and gives me a very sad story about how they need money.

It is part of my problem of being identified as a winning poker player.

Ok, at least they don't pump oxygen as @najisami posted :)
I heard that they have no watches in casinos and people might lose a sense of time. But it can't be named a scam.

Yep, that one is true. You will never see a single clock or anything that would indicate "what time it is" in a casino. And yes, that cannot be considered as scam. Let alone that everyone nowadays carries a phone in their pocket.

The most common scam by casino's is to bar anyone (card counters for example) that gets any good.

Online the scam is when you realize that this casino doesn't pay at all , when the actual RTP is zero lol . Or when they deny you a withdrawal , the same applies to scam poker rooms . The small online poker rooms or casinos are more likely to scam you than the big ones .

"Live" online roulette in various forms. When you go on a lucky streak and all of a sudden the video quality starts deteriorating and glitching so you can't see what's going on with the wheel mid-spin. The most blatant one is video feed cuts and complete changes of the wheel followed by sudden streaks of bad luck. Then there is the ball doing bizarre things that is against the laws of physics. I've read a fair share on roulette table manipulation with live roulette, with magnets and motors, but the possibilities with online play are far greater.

To be honest, it seems to me that more than half of the slots and other gambling machines are configured in such a way that these settings can be considered fraudulent. I think there are not many honest and decent people among the owners of such establishments or websites.

Several times I came across betting sites that refused to pay out my money, even though my account was verified. I didn't lose much, but these were definitely cases of fraud. As for casinos, I only had one case where I couldn't withdraw my funds, they refused without explaining why.

I think that the comps might be the biggest scam -if you let it be. Everything they do is designed to get you to spend more time gambling, but its up to you if you spend more time gambling.
