I was in the Bellagio 14 years ago and played Pokr with 2/4 $ Blinds for like 2 hours. What about you? Where have you been and what did you play?

Prestigious is a scary word ;). There are so many nice, big and very known casinos to which I've never been.
The ones I've visited are nice and big too, but maybe not as prestigious as others.

Among the ones I've seen and played in, my favorite is the Borgata.

I thought the Bellagio, Venetian, and Mandalay were all pretty nice.

I am not sure if any of them have the prestige of a bowling alley/casino in Spokane though.

I've been to the Monte Carlo casino a few times, but I just looked around.

I haven't been inside casino pretty much at all. There was one in the central London that I briefly stepped into during a holiday, but even that was close to ten years ago. I don't even remember its name. But it looked nice enough.

I played at Caesars and at the Horseshoe in Vegas a couple of years ago. I met another CC player while I was there. It was good fun, I played in 3 tourney's and cashed in one.

Looking back if I did not fall for it with JJ in the game I cashed in, I could have gone a lot further. However, as they say, you got to be in it to win it. Here's looking forward to another try next year (y).

The most Prestigious i have ever walked into is no longer there unfortunately. The Atlantis on Paradise Island , Nassau, Bahama's has taken over everything there looks like. I remember exactly where it was on the Island though. Maybe someone out there knows the name of it. It was on the North East end of the Island By the huge Golf Course . It was a few stories high (8) . You walked in and the slots were to the left , roulette and craps down the

middle and BJ to the right. Restaurant and bar back behind the endless row of BJ tables. To the very far left was a Nice bar that was like up on a stage, 4 to 6 steps to get up in the bar. Wow it was bling ,bling in that huge bar. I honestly can't remember what all was in the place. It was gigantic and the ceilings were 20-25 foot above. Had all kinds of glittering fixtures. I remember distinctly it had nothing but red carpet on the floors. I visited here in 1984 or 1985.

Played BJ mostly, few slots. I hope someone out there can identify the name of the place. I looked for it online ,looked for history of casinos there and came up empty. The one thing i did find,I think it was owned by "Merv Griffin". Anyone out here remember this place? Oh one other thing. During the day Cruise Ship passengers would visit the casino. But had certain times of the day only they could visit. ????

Peace,
Tony
