I had a very, very long losing phase and someone said to me sometimes you lose sometimes they win. That wasn't good advice but it made me laugh at the time and my advice is accept that sometimes you can lose. And the game isn't over until it's over. As simple as it sounds. For me, it's "tight is right. As with many other things, patience is often the key to success here and waiting for the right spots.

Even when I look back on lost MTT's where I was in the upper tournament field and still got knocked out, the reason was often impatience and the need to constantly participate in the game, so that sooner or later you find yourself in unfavorable pots and you are more vulnerable overall.

The advice I received when I was a beginner was to be patient and not play with junk. And although it was quite difficult to implement, but in general it was the best advice for me.

At first ut sounds not useful, but if you go deeper and deeper in the poker game you could knew what i mean.
