I’ve been thinking about how much emotions impact our decisions at the table. When I’m running good, I tend to feel more confident and sometimes even play a bit looser. But when things aren’t going well, I notice I become either too tight or start forcing plays to recover losses.
I’m starting to realize that maintaining the same mindset regardless of results is one of the hardest skills in poker.
