I can't resist pocket pairs... but I love AK suited, especially with clubs..

I'll go with 99. Whenever I've been in a slump or not being able to hit trips with my pocket pairs old 99 always comes thru and breaks the slump for me. And they mostly always seem to hold and win me a huge pot.

Thanks cheers. Yeah in threads like this I like to choose the not obvious hands like AA, KK, QQ or AKs. Although I get why players do choose them. I like to be a bit different. I could have also went with 76s. Of all the suited connectors I do the best with it. I also do ok with 33 and 44.

You know when someone 3bets or 4bet and you put them on a big pair like AA/KK/QQ and you call, you've got your suited connected, just chilling, once that board comes and you connect, you hit your funny straight or flush, they won't see it coming 😂

Yeah I've gotten more then one "wtf?" at the table when I end up taking villains stack with 76s. They never see it coming especially when looking at my HUD stats I'm TAG player. 76s is the very last thing they expect to see.

I like suited hands with a 9 like T9s, J9s, Q9s... I know they aren't top of range but they are certainly fun to play, and hit the flop well sometimes

AK has great features.
AA you celebrate yourself as invincible, and with 89 you are a bit of an enthusiast.
Any winning poker combination is definitely the winning best.
