I wouldn't play drunk,but have played lots while drinking there is a difference,playing and having some drinks is fun in the right setting with friends for small stakes,wouldn't even think about it in any real tournament where the buy-in is $300 or more

Depends what your playing, if I'm at my local casino 1/2 game drunk who cares if I lose 200-400 having fun. If I'm 10 tabling mid-high stakes online that's a different story.

Don't play cards after drinking.
Alcohol makes you lose control and you will be unable to rationally analyze the game.
You want to get it back after losing money.

I think very few people have not played drunk at least once))). I don't get so drunk and therefore have more or less control over my poker game (but not in casino slots)). It keeps me from drinking, that I am sick for a very long time from this, for 3-4 days I come back to normal. Therefore, at the moment it is not relevant for me.
