I think poker is one of the best. Of course, there are other interesting games, but none of them are as well suited for online play as our beloved poker.
Poker is big business, big money, so I think that poker has become so popular primarily thanks to savvy businessmen who saw good opportunities for developing a promising business in this game.

I just love Card Games, from Poker, Cribbage, Don and Solitaire, I play them all, There is something special to me in handling a deck of Cards, a feeling you don't get from other games like Chess, Monopoly or Checkers.
I could spend hours listing all the card games I have played over my 68 years, but for me Poker outranks all of them, and is by far the best, but I wouldn't refuse to play any card game, I have made money from all of them with the obvious exception of Solitaire Games.

I know a lot of card games and I've literally been playing since I was a little kid, so it's hard for me to pick an absolute favorite. But give me 52 cards and I'm a happy man. And poker is definitely up there among my favorites.
