Poker and money

The truth is, it's money that makes us play poker so passionately.
If, for example, chess or any other game involved such a large flow of money, then we would definitely play chess just like poker.
Compared to chess, poker is designed so that we don't have to make any effort to think, but chess requires a lot of brain effort.Of course, poker also requires intelligence, but it does not always determine the outcome of the game. Many of us love and hate poker at the same time, and this contrast is what makes the game so appealing.

I think it's pretty cool to think about money in 2 variables. Obviously, the dollar amount but also risk. Poker helped shape this thinking. Sitting on cash is a guaranteed risk.
