I think everyone should play poker ♥️ I noticed who played poker his thinking is next level.
Poker definitely develops a number of our cognitive skills. Strategic thinking, analysis, quick decision-making in difficult situations, develops our discipline and even financial management. Poker is definitely a deeper, more useful and interesting game than it seems at first glance.

Poker doesn’t make you think in black and white; it makes you think in ranges, probabilities, and scenarios.

Probabilistic thinking (making decisions with incomplete information).

Risk management (not seeking certainty, but positive EV).

Emotional control (tilt, variance, losing well).

Long-term thinking (not judging a decision solely by its outcome).

Pattern recognition and adaptation.

However, it can be emotionally dangerous (addiction, poor money management).

Absolutely! Poker really trains your mind like nothing else it teaches patience, risk assessment, emotional control, and reading people, all while forcing you to think several steps ahead. People who play seriously often develop sharper decision-making, better focus under pressure, and a stronger understanding of probabilities and strategy. It’s like a gym for your brain the skills you gain at the tables spill over into everyday life, from work to personal decisions. No wonder you feel their thinking is “next level”!
