It is advanced technique which really can win some hands where you have no showdown value but it is not something easy and definitely should not be considered something for frequent use. If you want your bluff to be successful you should have built some image on the table and represent certain hand so that other players believe that you have the nuts. If you constantly try to bluff other players will learn it very soon and bust you.
