Things you do/eat/drink while playing poker.

Hey everyone. I was wondering what your favorite things to do, eat or drink while playing poker. I have a bad habit but love to have a smoke while playing. I'll even take the laptop outside and sit while I play so I can smoke. I don't like to play while I'm buzzed or drunk but I like to have just 1 or 2 beers as well. I do not drink alcohol at all, never. Usually, during the tournament I can drink coffee or tea or milk ****tails. I love to eat ice cream too.

drinking or smoking while playing is totally out of the question when playing poker and against the principles of a professional player who needs to be with his body and mind in order to have the best performance. How much to feed are things you must do in intervals of games. I particularly use the 5 minutes of interval plus 10 minutes on my own to: go to the bathroom, who knows take a shower, eat something thus totaling 15 minutes of rest and food. Another thing I do is to be with the my sleep regularly in order to improve my focus and my concentration, especially in the final hours of the tournament

Usually I just drink a lot of water. But obviously you got to eat if that's a long session.

I don't normally listen to music while I'm playing, but sometimes I do. That's some calm and sort of repetitive music, that is not distracting and helps you to concentrate. For example I play these pieces on a loop during session.

So I am not the only one who smokes herbs while playing. It makes me feel good. Usually I have the TV on instead of music though, but it depends on what I am playing and how hard I am trying to concentrate.
