I usually put so much time to poker...atleast lately. But definately good time to play poker is when you'r in the good mood. For me best time playing poker is at nightime, because in real life im more night-time person.

I usually play poker in the morning after exercise , shower and breakfast ; Somehow my brain works the best during that time , feeling refreshed and ready to make some $$$

Usually i play in the evenings after work and before i go to sleep. Best is to play during the weekend when you are fresh but rarely have enough free time to do so unfortunately.

I think the time when the player can play the maximum is concentrated for each player different !!! it all depends on his physical and moral status !!! Sometimes I had to play a tournament for 8 or more hours and I was very tired during that time and understood that 8 hours is too much for me !!! Now I try not to play in such long tournaments !!!

You need to be self-aware if you really want to play poker, or you just have nothing better to do and bored. Choose a time preference and make it a scheduled play time.

unfortunately, when time is short, I don’t have to choose, so I play mostly late in the evening for a few hours. Every day, in the end, I don’t get tired, and I get maximum pleasure from the game.
