Fraudsters exist in all areas of our lives, including poker. However, I am a patient and disciplined player, and despite any fraud, I have pretty good results. :)

yes offcourse here the same i still have faith in online poker but i was wondering what we should do with hardcore cheaters overall and let u say "small" cheater that use like preflop charts because they see them as RTA and RTA is forbidden. and what about the cheaters in live poker? should they make a blacklist and ban the hardcore cheater for life?

and for pokerclients what about them do they have an organ they checkt their honesty yowards all players and software?

I think that any scammer should be banned forever, both in live poker and online.

I think that all people who cheat in poker games should go to jail and pay a big fine, this not only affects the gaming platforms but also the players who are losing money against these players and also losing confidence in a game that is considered one of the most beautiful that exist. Regards.

Surely they should be punished so as not to take advantage of any cheating and harm others who try to win legally. The sites must punish and ban them if it is a repeat offender and it is our obligation to analyze which site to play on, to seek to know the means that each site uses to defend itself from possible cheating.

I adhere to this position: if a person is caught cheating for the first time, he should be banned for 2-3 years. If there were similar cases before - a lifetime ban.

Depending on the severity cheating should result in a ban or lifetime ban.

Quite simple.

If there were thefts of players' money, the return of this money on the terms of a loan, half of which is also returned deceived, and a freeroll is played at the expense of the second half.

With regard to fraud, the offense necessarily includes intentional guilt. Which so far also does not see fraud, rotten marketing and psychological moves, ignoring, deliberately wasting time, using bots in the game, permissiveness from complete impunity, but all this needs to be proven. What needs to be done with scammers, they just need to be banned.

In my opinion, the punishment for fraudsters should be as severe as possible, it should be at least banned forever.

ban

If proven without any doubt, there has to be a virtual (online) & live ban; this would be easily enforced if we had a wide network of sorts made up of casinos & poker sites.

There have been and will be scammers from time immemorial. The main thing is that there are not many of them, which means that you constantly need to fight with them. Otherwise, you need to beware of fraud and everything will be fine.

It is unfortunate that this takes place. Well in the old west things would be handled right at the tables, but I guess honest folk have evolved it's unfortunate that cheaters have not. I guess all that can be done is place them in a blacklist, I'm not sure if there are any laws against them doing that.

I have not seen statements from the poker rooms if they caught such people and what disciplinary or legal measures they took ...

I think cheating is very serious. In my opinion if a player is caught cheating, the poker room or casino should ban this player for a long time or even permanently.
