Continuation bet — when?

After increasing the pre-flop, should I always bet on the flop? When is it OK to pass (check) instead of c-beta?

In poker, the word "always" should be avoided. You end up becoming predictable if you repeat the same strategy all the time.
Ideally, you should vary your plays and take into account your opponent and the texture of the flop before deciding whether or not to make a cbet.

It’s going to depend on it you are in position or out of position, multi-way or heads up, your table image, your opponents table image, stack sizes, what you are holding, etc. C betting 100% of the time makes you so exploitable. If you are heads up against a player who knows you always C Bet, they will just check, let you bet, then raise you every time. Multi-way generally just check. Good luck!

After Pre-flop raise, Continuation Bet works better in your favour only with Pockets Aces, Kings & Queens!
Ace Kings look tempting but don’t guarantee you success you all the time compared to Pockets!
This is my personal opinion though and many might differ!

I don't think you always have to get c-enough after a preflop raise. This largely depends on the texture of the flop and the number of opponents. On dry tables I will most of the time in heads-ups, but on wet, multi-player tables, I will often pass back with medium strength cards or missed overcards. Mixing makes it unpredictable.

This, yes. Also, consider your opponents at the table. Some tables will make it indeed a profitable move C-betting (nearly) always, but such tables are rare.

...before making that move you need to know your opponent's playing style... in other words, bluffing against a player who calls with their entire range won't be profitable in the long run... another crucial thing is understanding positional advantage at the table...
