Some players write session notes, others use tracking Apps or spreadsheets.
Do you track your results, and has it helped improve your game?

Yeah, tracking helps. Even simple notes or a spreadsheet show leaks and keep you disciplined. But i don't do it, i want to ,but i am too lazy

I play on 5 poker sites cause it would be boring otherwise.
I find it easier to make 20$ on 5 different softwares instead of making 100$ on a single site.

A pen and paper is the only spreadsheet I keep , and track how much I have left until I hit my daily target
