Do You Use the Concept of Blockers?

Knowing that your opponent is less likely to have a strong hand based on your own cards can impact decisions. How do you use blockers in practice?

I find they're overrated at tiny stakes I play as ranges are generally too wide in just about all spots.

blockers has more importance in omaha poker. because more hole cards are dealt in Omaha than holdem.

holdem 6-max(12 cards dealt) < holder 8-max(16 cards dealt) < Omaha 6-max (24 cards dealt)

Blockers are an interesting concept, but I would definitely consider them an advanced thing. If you practiced all of the other aspects of the game and you're trying to find just a bit of extra edge, they might help to get it, but they will be useless if your fundamentals are not solid.
