Hand reviewing and a bit more

Hello guys, how are you doing? I'm playing poker not so long, and, of course I want to upgrade my skills. Many youtube videos tell that I have to review my hands, analise them, but I don't understan how shoud I do it. what can you recommend? how have you started your poker way and what age were you?

If you are playing MTTs run the hands through some sort of icm calculator like sngwiz and make sure you adjust the villans ranges to what you think they would play. This does a couple of things it gets you used to thinking about ranges and it sharpens your icm.
