How to determine the low hand in PLO hi/low

So i have a photo of me winning both hi/lo in the hand but the guy had a4 which is lower than my 2-3. A4 is lower than 23 unless I'm losing my mind lol

I am not a PLO player, but as I understand it, a low hand is counted upwards and down just like a high hand. So 87532 is lower than 8754A, because 4 is a higher card than 3, and therefor 87532 is the winning low hand in your example.

If we convert the hand to a number, where A = 1, then the number 87,532 is a smaller number than 87,541. It can be confusing to think that the A is lower than the other guys 3 or 2, but it is the 4 that becomes the problem. So 87,53x is smaller than 87,54x.
