Accept that bad beats are part of the game
Avoid immediate reaction; use deep breaths or a micro-break
Review the hand objectively
Use stop-loss or session breaks to protect bankroll
Train your mind (mindfulness, visualization, concentration).

1. Take a short break, sit out directly and analyze (objectively) the hand history in the sites Replayer.
Mark the hand for further review (ICM-tool/GTO-Tool)

2. Take a note from this analysis result to the players in the hand. Also mark the Hand Good or Bad.

3. Don't chase losses against players, try to keep your EGO out of the game and your decision in further hands.

4. Good Bankroll Management, with strictly applied Stop/Loss limits and strictly applied rules for going up and down in stakes/buy ins.

5. Acceptance that you will never be able to win the majority of hands.

6. Studying your tilt (this is done off the tables), what is the obvious reason for your tilt, tilt has a lot of reasons obvious and very deep hidden ones, like private or job problems.

7. Try to find more routines to handle your tilt, than the above-mentioned (mantras, yoga, ice baths, autogenic training)

8. Read Jared Tendlers Book “The mental game of Poker”

Just realize that bad beats are a part of a game. If there were any there would be no weeker players at the table.

It's really frustrating when bad luck happens, but it's inherent to the game of poker. Either adapt or give up, otherwise it will drain your mental health.

How can one deal? You recap, try to remember weather you have made a bad decision at any point in time before that on that table or tourney. If it was possible for you to choose otherwise? Not call that flop? If not, then it's not your fault. The river cards can be devestating sometimes. But they can also sometimes rescue you. It is a game and everything is possible. Grind, stay tough and you will suceed next time. There is always a next time.
