Mtts or Rings, ROI wise?

Hi ccers! Hope you are having a great weekend!
My question is this: Putting in similiar volumes, for example 4 tabling, which is generally more profitable for winning players, Rings or Mtts?
Example: I have $150-$200 bankroll. I 4 table .05 nl or $2 mtts.
In other words in comparative limits for the bankroll, which is most profitable?

It depends on you and your game. What win rate per 100 can you reasonably expect at .05 nl? And what ROI at $2 SNGs? Take these figures, then factor in avg duration for the SNGs to get your personal answer which is a lot more important than "in general".
