It's great when you study the game and realize that you are acting correctly in your plays, even if the cards you folded would win that specific hand.
I folded a pair of 7s after villain shoved another villain's raise. My 7 tripped on the flop and I was sad, but after checking on ICMIZER, I realized that the pair of 7s wouldn't come close to the range I needed to call the shove.
This was a call I always made in the past, and I always wondered why I couldn't get my call right. Do you still make a call like that nowadays?

I won my first tournament online in 2003...I never studied a book or a policy in my life time till 21 years ago 26 years into my poker career where I had been flat out a killer up to that point....That tournament i won was acr and ran to 3k in 2 weeks from 400 with demanded sports bets....by the way that was the end to my sports betting too...until 2008 poker was beyond easy for me....working full time playing poker on weekends mostly making a grand a week etc....or more....anyway game has evolved gotten harder but its more on options then playing styles is there more people no is less....so ya its not the only way to success....i use it now cause its easier to get data watch others try new things etc.... but is still till this dan only a handful of books ive ever read...and i love books that says a lot some people are naturally primed or given things i guess then others...
