I mean, it depends on how exactly you tilt. Do you break anything? Do you huert someone or yourself? Do you insult someone harshly? If not, it's not that bad. But usually, a good poker player never tilts, because all the decisions that he's made up until that point are hiw oow. If he or she tilts, it would either mean, that he made bad decisions or that he's blaming the gods for bad luck which would be just stupid. There is no reason to tilt. Poker is a sport. You either play good or bad, simple as that.
