Looking back at your poker journey, what helped you improve the most?

Was it studying strategy, reviewing hands, watching training videos, or simply playing a lot of volume?

I think that to improve, you should consume all kinds of poker-related content. Every little thing helps, because poker has so many variables and spots that you really learn them over time.

I would recommend watching videos or streams from good players and trying to think about why they play certain spots the way they do. Try to understand their decisions so that later you can apply those ideas in your own game.
