Some players rely on math, others on reads, others on discipline.
In your opinion, what qualities truly define a good poker player?
Is it win rate, mindset, consistency, or something else?

A good poker player combines mindset, discipline, and consistency. Math and reads matter, but being patient and making solid decisions over time is what really counts.

I totally agree to that and whats really important to understand: This game tests the obove abilities to an ultimate lvl and you have to treat it as a marathon. You wont stand the test of time without being satisfied and at peace with your own approach. Nowadays if you really want to get something out of this game (perhaps a living) you need that never-give-up mentality and the necessary killer instinct. Otherwise, it overwhelmes most players.

Exactly poker is a long grind. You need patience, discipline, and the right mindset to handle swings and keep improving.
