For some players, the hardest part is learning strategy and understanding odds. For others, the biggest challenge is controlling emotions and avoiding tilt.
Another difficulty is consistency. It is not enough to play well for one session—you need discipline and focus over the long term.
Every player struggles with different aspects of the game, especially while learning.

Can you keep a cool head and bounce back after losing half of your stack while you were the favourite, or are just going to say "f*ck it" and start gambling because you already feel like all is lost

The most difficult part is Handling Downswings. You can play 100% perfect poker for a month and still lose money because of the math. Keeping your confidence high when the 'all-in EV' graph is pointing up but your actual bankroll is pointing down is brutal. It makes you question everything you know!
