If anyone has insight on a good air b nb ,basement etc that is reasonable priced for during it possibly renting it for a little longer and other times too..I'd enjoy hearing about it ..thanks in advance ..I don't need much just as place to shower and refuel as most of the time I'm out and about

If you're talking about the GG WSOP Circuit event then I might be there. I'm going to try to play my way in, and if that fails I'm trying to line up a little backing.

Playground has been on my bucket list for a while now. Don't know if I'll ever get there but have always heard good things about the venue.

That tournament looks huge, and Montreal is an amazing choice for it. Even if someone busts early, the city alone makes the trip worth it. Old Montreal and the port area are great for walking around, food, and just soaking in the atmosphere.

I’m still on the fence about going, but a $10M GTD combined with sightseeing definitely makes it tempting. If I do go, I’d probably plan a few extra days just to enjoy the city outside the poker room.

You make Montreal sound great, how many times have you been there?

I 100 percent recommend going ,like you said if poker doesn't work out you have a fantastic city to go check out ..I took over 150 pics and videos ...was on a boat on the st lawrence at night for free (pays to be nice and check on ppl ) made that opportunity usually 250 an hour

It's not as hard language wise if that's a worry or getting around by bus or the metro even from the airport ..I have that all worked right out

The main event is a 5k tournament. Not sure if I'll play that tournament, but I'll try a smaller buy in

Again if anyone has some insights on a place to rent or a basement etc in old Montreal ...the port ..or edge of downtown I'd love to hear it...reasonably priced knowing it's to sleep and shower at and will be hardly used and left cleaner then I found it too and something I could rent periodically on going that would be terrific...much appreciated
