I understand that it must be a lower level than in other countries, since Argentina's currency is less valuable. Thanks and best regards to everyone!

This depends more on personal lifestyle than anything else, here in Brazil you can live on 1000 dollars others like to live on 6000 dollars so it depends.

And here in Argentine too you can life with 1000 dollars if you has got your home, if you pay per motnh for life in a house, is more hard, but too can! and with 6000 dollars per month you are in top 3% more rich of argentine!

Yes, I gave that opinion because you have to say a lot of details right, do you live with your parents? Do you have kids? Did you go out to parties a lot? So it's pretty relative.

It's possible to live from poker in Argentina, but it depends on your skill, bankroll, and lifestyle. Most players would need to consistently beat at least $1/2 or $2/5 cash games and play many hours to cover living costs. It's very tough without a solid edge and good bankroll management.

I think it's a valid question. You need to establish how much bills and living costs you have per month. Then see how much net profit you had through poker the last year.

If that's a net positive you can live of it. But it's probably wise to have at least a year or two of savings for that.

Even then poker can be swingy and you'll need a back up plan.
