Where to Stay, Play and Eat in Vegas

Favorite Vegas Poker Room?

Just wondering what your favorite poker room is in Vegas. For MTT's and Cash. I've only played cash in Vegas...I really liked Aria and Bellagio, even though the games weren't easy there. Would like to play in some other rooms like Wynn, Westgate, and Golden Nugget. Heard Venetian MTT's are pretty good. What are your favorite Vegas poker rooms?

My favorite place to play cash is MGM, they seem to always have good promotions when i'm there and the drink girls are very fast

Yes it is an awesome poker room. Poker....ehhh it depends. Day time there a ton of nits and regs there. Night time is where it is at.


I'll be in Vegas here in a couple of weeks. I'll be staying at Treasure Island. Nothing fancy or anything. But, I chose that place because it's close to the places I'll be grinding at.


Those are....the Wynn, Venetian and Planet Hollywood. All with in good walking distances.

Yeah it is. But, I always like to walk before I play a session. It's a good idea to get the blood flowing and get the mind up.

I'll be there in October so it wont be to bad. Summer....that's a different story lol. I'll take the rail or a taxi.

If you find yourself walking away from the strip on Tropicana, the Orleans has a great Poker Room. Lots of games and Food Court nearby.

The biggest thing it has going is its location. It is on the low end of Caesars properties. The room I have stayed in for the past few trips has been in need of renovation. But, it is clean. Mattress, sheets, and pillows have been great. Towels are large. Water pressure is great with plenty of hot water.

I've stayed in much nicer and I've stayed in much worse.

Everyone has a different definition of "nice place" to stay.

Beautiful place. Only I'm not getting near him.

As a Nevada Resident I have some money saving tips Henderson NV the 2nd biggest City in Nevada Las Vegas is 1st has lots of casinos and great poker.
If you rent a car not and not afraid to use highway it will you save money on a great hotel rate in Henderson the local bars and cafes have great food -drink specials.

Sorry it's Bellagio I live here in Las Vegas .

I stayed in Vegas for 2 years from 2006-2008.My sister dealt blackjack at the South Point which in my opinion was the best place to play.. They offered Best hand Jackpots Quads 2-Ace,Royal and Straight Flush Jackpots every suit, and a Bad Beat.. They also had awesome tournaments running throughout the day.. All of the Sunset Casinos had the best buffets.. Haven't been back in a while but that was my Vegas experience..

Has anyone stayed at the City Center hotel before? It's one of the cheaper ones and just 2 blocks east of the Fremont Experience. I was just hoping to hear from some of those with experience at that place.
