For me, the best trait of a good online poker player is emotional control. Being able to stay calm during downswings, avoid tilt, and keep making good decisions regardless of short-term results is what really separates winning players from the rest.

Skill and strategy matter a lot, but without discipline and mental resilience, it’s very hard to be consistent in the long run.
