Problem registering with ACR (America's CardRoom)

I've just tried to register over there, but after entering my screenname, password, email and then bonus code in the relevant boxes of the Account Info section of the Create New Account window... nothing happens. It doesn't proceed or attempt to load, the window just sits there with no activity shown and no way for me to proceed. Deleting the bonus code made no difference.
Anyone help here?
