WPT Global takes a $0.10 MMT on Cardchat freeroll entrees???

Just curious if anyone else has noticed this??? I just recently joined the WPT online poker world.
I've entered into the Cardschat freeroll and my account is charged 10 cents for every freeroll I enter???
Is the the norm for WPT???
